I'm 10 months into my sobriety, and while I've found a community to be a part of and share the good/bad times...something that I've been wondering about more is this journey I'm on a from a Christian perspective and discussing it in that context. I had a different beginning to my recovery than you had mentioned because I wasn't strong enough in my faith to see that God was calling on me to take this path and that there was something bigger for me. I can certainly see that now, and my faith and Him have become a large part of everything that I do and think of now. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this!
